Nishane is a RIBA registered architect specialized in both interior and architectural design. His has a  20-year career in design across Australia and Sri Lanka and has built a reputation for delivering everything from high-end residential and hospitality projects to commercial precincts and community-related projects that define cities.

 

At his recent employment to DBI designs, he was involved in the construction documentation of some of the iconic ongoing building construction projects in Australia including the Queens Wharf Brisbane, Jewel and Star Casino Gold Coast.

He brings a style and flair to work environments that are also highly practical – places that balance function and innovation to ensure they’re successful on day one and well into the future.

Prior to opening Romarc design, Nishane undertook many part-time freelance design projects that shaped his freelance portfolio to form Romarc design. He has completed a substantial portfolio of projects ranging from small scale fit outs and single detached houses to large scale pub refurbishments, as well as new build hospitality, residential and commercial commissions. Outside of his success at managing his business, Nishane is particularly gifted at translating his design ideas into reality through realistic perspective imagery.
