The architecture of the 70’s townhouse was created by the former owner, with massive brick walls that had been wanted to preserve. The starting points were to maintain the constructive memory that should be valued, to integrate the new volumes with the existing ones, to create a warm interior space that permeates the whole house and to think about sustainable solutions of consumption.

The design concept is based upon the maintenance of the current unique atmosphere by adhering to high-quality original materials(oxidized metal, leather, Iron, marble, wood & etc.). It is the vision to design a comfortable, worthy, upscale and at the same time modern office interior.

On the first floor, the previous entry and living room is now the reception area. The rooms have been transformed to executive rooms with reception and meeting and waiting areas.  The large dining area living a has been converted to double volume open staff work area with large, polished timber table workstations accommodate 20 staff members.
